Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente Scherzinger (born June 29, 1978) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and occasional actress who is best known as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Nicole Scherzinger was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her father is of Filipino descent, and her mother is of Hawaiian, Ukrainian, and Russian descent. Her maternal family moved to Louisville, Kentucky when she was six years old, with her sister Ke’ala and her German American stepfather Gary Scherzinger. She took her stepfather’s surname after he adopted her. Scherzinger has explained that she had been brought up with a strict religious (Catholic) upbringing in Hawaii.
Scherzinger began performing in Louisville, attending the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School and performing with Actors Theatre of Louisville. As a teenager, Scherzinger was the first runner-up at the 1996 Kentucky State Fair’s Coca-Cola Talent Classic contest. Scherzinger majored in acting and musical theatre at Wright State University, where she played Velma Kelly in Chicago, and Julie La Verne in Show Boat but put her studies on hold in 1999 to sing backing vocals for the rock band Days of the New. After, she was part of reality TV girl group known as  Eden’s Crush. After the disbanding of Eden’s Crush, Scherzinger made a few promotional solo appearances under the stage name of Nicole Kea, and then joined the Pussycat Dolls to become their lead vocalist. With the Pussycat Dolls, she released two albums PCD and Doll Domination and embarked on several concert tours. After leaving the group in December 2010, Scherzinger began a solo career with the release of her debut studio album Killer Love. The album’s second single, “Don’t Hold Your Breath” peaked at number one on the UK Singles Chart. She has also recorded a version of GoldenEye — the theme song of the 1995 Bond film GoldenEye — for the 2010 video game GoldenEye 007. Scherzinger is currently slated to play Lilly in the upcoming film Men in Black III, to be released May 25, 2012.
Scherzinger became the winner of the tenth season of Dancing with the Stars in early 2010. She was a judge on the first season of the US version of The X Factor, which premiered in September 2011.  She also once appeared in a Nike shoe commercial with basketball player LeBron James. -Wikipedia

It’s hard to believe that this Filipino, Russian, and Hawaiian temptress, who sings lead vocals for the sexy girl-group, The Pussycat Dolls, actually got her start singing backup for the now defunct, pseudo-grunge band, Days of The New… but she did. Nicole Scherzinger is a one time Hawaiian who relocated to Louisville, Kentucky back in 1984. For Smartasses, this Wright State University grad and Dancing With The Stars Champion has relocated and jumped around our Top 100 Sexiest List several times. One reason, is that Scherzinger represents ‘power’ in the entertainment industry, and that’s always hot. But we won’t lie, we think her hair that’s blacker than Kentucky coal is pretty damn hot as well.
